Self-Decryption Feature

Boost security and convenience for your business and personal data protection

Does your company handle confidential client information?
Do you send private and confidential information via email or portable media to your clients?
Do you want to encrypt your data, but can't expect your clients to install same security software that you use?

If you want to increase your data security with minimum investment, the Self-Decrypting feature of WinSecure series products is the answer.

Self-Decryption does not require your customer to install any software.

Most people hesitate to use encryption software because a normal prerequisite is that  all users must install the same software to decrypt files.  Though this is possible within your own company, it can not be expected from your customers.

Law firms, accounting firms, insurance companies, and others that heavily depend on confidential information must seriously consider how to protect data especially when it is transferred from one site to another.

With the Self-Decryption feature of WinSecure, encrypted data can easily be opened on your customer's PC by simply sharing the encryption key.  You can increase your credibility and competitiveness by showing your customers how you safely handle their sensitive data.

Note:  The encryption key is decide by you and entered at the time of encryption.  It is recommended that this key be given to the customer by a different means than the encrypted document itself.

Right click on a file and choose to encrypt a file using WinSecure Self-Decryption.

Enter an encryption key of your choice.  Send the file to your customer.
