Function You can activate the Screen Saver by simply removing the security token (e-gate version) from the computer or by double clicking on the icon (fingerprint version).  To unlock, you simply connect your security token (e-gate version) to the computer or put your finger on the security token (fingerprint-token version).

Security It is easier and more secure than the "computer lock" function of Windows 2000. For example, if you are carrying your token with you or using the fingerprint unit, you know for sure that no one can unlock the screen saver while you're away from your desk.  If using the Windows password, you can not be certain someone does not know your password and is accessing your PC while you are away.

Convenience No need to memorize your password.  Also, users can choose between this Screen Saver Lock and Auto Log Off. �@
