Stand-alone Configuration

The EtherDoor Stand-along is the minimum configuration, using an I/O boxe and Authentication Reader/Writer Device.  One I/O box can control up to two Authentication Devices and electric locks.

With this configuration, you can control access using PIN, touch-less smart card, contact smart card, or fingerprint.  Any combination of these may also be applied.

If your needs require a use log and/or access date or time restrictions, the Intelligent version of EtherDoor will be required.

Requirements:

Authentication Reader/Writer Device(s)

I/O Box(es)

UPS (Recommended)

Electric Cable (between I/O Box and electric lock)

LAN Cable (between I/O box and Authentication Reader/Writer Device - category 5 cross cable)
