WinSecure UIS (User Interface Server) v. 3.1

Overview

WinSecure Backend Server products ensure security and convenience of front-end WinSecure series products. These products interface with the existing user database and issue digital certificate and security tokens in volume.

　

WinSecure UIS (User Interface Server) enables seamless linkage and synchronization of user data among different servers.

• Automatically links data within WinSecure Backend Servers.

• Links with existing databases, and updates the data with any changes (organization change, personnel change) without any time lag.
  　

 Security Features

• Security with Start-up Restriction Device

WinSecure UIS has a Server Start-up Restriction Device. It requires insertion of 2 different of Smart Cards (Administrator Card 1 and Administrator Card 2) to start up the system (SAM feature). This feature helps to prevent administrator abuse.  Specific security privileges can be created for the Administrator Card 2 to support your unique security policy. 

• Logging

All server activities can be recorded in a log file.  This file can be searched for convenience.

• Server Security Protection

WinSecure TGS will not start with unauthorized copied data or software reinstallation.  Important data stored in the server is encrypted and will not be decrypted without the Administrator Card.
