Please carefully read the Systemneeds Online Sales Return and Refund
Policy below before making a purchase from Systemneeds.
By making an online purchase using the
Systemneeds website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. |
| Software-only Applications (downloaded
applications with no hardware devices):
Software, once downloaded, can not be refunded or
returned. Please carefully read all information regarding the
application before downloading to confirm you are downloading the correct
application for your PC and operating system.
Software-only Applications (CD shipped to Customer):
Software contained in CD's that are shipped
to the customer may be returned for the original purchase price, if the
following conditions are met:
- The CD container is unopened.
The CD jewel case is sealed and wrapped in plastic. To be eligible
for return, the original seal and plastic wrap must be in place.
- The CD and jewel case must be in original condition. If there
are marks of wear and tear, if the jewel case or CD is scratched,
cracked, chipped, broken, warped, or damaged from excessive heat or
exposure to sun, or if the plastic wrapping is cut, the product will not
be eligible for return.
- Water damage: the product is ineligible for return if there is any
water damage whether the result of accident or natural disaster.
- Time Limit: the product must be returned (post-marked) within 10
days of the original shipment date on which Systemneeds shipped the
product.
Shipping:
Please ship the entire software package in
the original box. Systemneeds can not pay for any shipping or
handling charges for returned products.

| Software & Hardware:
The Return & Replace Policy for "Boxed"
applications (packaged products which contain a software CD and a hardware device such as a Smart Card or
fingerprint reader), is separated into two categories.
1. Product Package is Opened
The boxed product packages are sealed by
Systemneeds and wrapped in plastic. If either the plastic is opened,
ripped, torn, or missing, or if the box seal is opened, the package is
considered opened and used.
Boxed packages that have been opened are
not eligible for return or refund.
2. Product Package is Unopened
Packaged products of software and hardware
that are shipped to the customer may be returned for the original purchase
price, if the following conditions are met:
- The product box container is unopened.
The product box is sealed and wrapped in plastic. To be eligible
for return, the original seal and plastic wrap must be in place.
- The product box must be in original condition. If there are
marks of wear and tear, if the box is scratched, dented, crushed or
broken, or if the plastic wrapping is cut, the product will not be
eligible for return.
- All original contents must be in the package.
- Water damage: the product is ineligible for return if there is any
water damage whether the result of accident or natural disaster.
- Time Limit: the product must be returned (post-marked) within
10 days of the original shipment date on which Systemneeds shipped the
product.

| Hardware Guarantee:
If the hardware
device included with the Systemneeds product is found defective or broken
upon first use, Systemneeds will replace the hardware device if the
following conditions are met:
- The hardware device does not show obvious signs of
abuse.
- Time Limit: the product must be returned (post-marked) within
10 days of the original shipment date on which Systemneeds shipped the
product.
Shipping:
Please ship the entire software package in
the original box. Systemneeds can not pay for any shipping or
handling charges for returned products.

| Hardware Warrantee:
Systemneeds will honor the manufacturer's
warrantee for hardware devices included with Systemneeds products.
If the following conditions are met:
- The Systemneeds Warrantee card included with the hardware device
must completely filled out and returned with the product.
- The hardware device does not show obvious signs of
abuse.
Shipping:
Please ship the entire software package in
the original box. Systemneeds can not pay for any shipping or
handling charges for returned products.

| Any item returned to Systemneeds will be
refunded or replaced at the sole discretion of Systemneeds.
In the event that Systemneeds refunds or
replaces a product, Systemneeds will make every effort to expedite the
matter in the fastest possible time.

fees or other costs incurred by our Customers as a result of defective or
incompatible products.
