Systemneeds announces the newly updated
WinSecure Lite v. 3.12 for the US market.

Falls Church, VA

Systemneeds, Inc., the leading provider of integrated authentication security solutions, announced the general availability of the WinSecure Lite version 3.12 in the US market.

The WinSecure series products are already well established in the Japanese market, where Systemneeds worldwide HQ is located and over 1.92 million licenses of WinSecure Series products have been sold.  To provide the best customer support for the US market, Systemneeds has opened an office in Falls Church, Northern Virginia.

Designed to provide security and convenience to end users, the main features of WinSecure Lite are the Password Bank and a variety of easy to use encryption tools.

The Password Bank feature is similar to Single Sign On (SSO); users can record their user names, passwords, and any other needed information, to be automatically entered into web pages, dial up log on screens, or other applications which require such security.  Recent studies have shown that even the most novice user must remember many user names and passwords, and to keep from forgetting them, most people use the same passwords and PINs for each application.  To avoid this security risk, using the Password Bank users need only to enter log in names and passwords one time during enrollment.  Thus, long, unique, secure passwords may be easily used.

The encryption tools included in WinSecure Lite 3.2 include Auto Encryption, Group Encryption, Manual Encryption, and Self Decryption.  Encryption functions are easily access by right clicking on a file or folder.

  • Auto Encryption:  selected files and folders are automatically encrypted at log off / shut down, and automatically decrypted at log in / start up.

  • Group Encryption:  Share an encryption key among a group of WinSecure Series users so each user may easily decrypt a file or folder when needed.

  • Manual Encryption:  Encrypt a file with a key of your choice, that only you can decrypt.

  • Self Decryption:  This amazing feature allows non-users of WinSecure Series products to be able to decrypt the files you send them, simple by double clicking on the encrypted file and entering the key that you provide them.  Your clients wont need to install any extra software to securely receive and open your encrypted files.
